pConfig: [Out] Pointer to a structure

TCFG_FORMAT_EXTENSION that contains video configura-

tions.

pError: [Out] Error information

Remarks

Normally, format information for DirectShow applications is

configured via the IAMStreamConfig interface. This interface is
